En IA–MB–GF, practices comprehensive quality control policies and procedures used in all of our businesses, from field to harvest, production to operations, and distribution to consumption by the end customer.
The majority of our producers are already GLOBAL GAP certified and we look forward to incorporating the remaining into our food safety improvement plan. Producers are audited to minimize potential risks in their fields and improve the overall quality and safety of the fruits and vegetables they deliver to IA–MB–GF. Additionally, we include a comprehensive sanitation program to ensure healthy and microbiologically safe fruits and vegetables.

We complete our analysis during processing and packaging, and each department counts on well-trained and experienced sanitation personnel. Our quality assurance staff performs various environmental tests within our facilities to ensure our production lines are in top sanitary conditions.

Our staff operates a comprehensive tracking and trending system that provides detailed sanitation information at every stage. The protection of our client’s brands and products is of the utmost importance to our organization. We have quality assurance programs that are continually improving to ensure that we adapt to the newest technology and testing processes available on the market.
Food safety
Third-party audits by SGS, BRC, FDA, and HACCP are carried out routinely to ensure the highest food safety standards are maintained.
The supply and products processed by IA–MB–GF. is routinely analyzed in our laboratory to determine the standard microbiological level and sent to a designated laboratory accredited by INACAL and ISO 17025 certified for standard microbiological and pathogen tests. Likewise, all shipments from our approved producers must have a certificate of analysis to ensure microbiological compliance before use on various IA–MB–GF. production lines.
